These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phophen platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing phophen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
phophen is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification via valid Philippine government-issued ID is mandatory for all accounts. Underage play is prohibited without exception.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and relevant regulatory bodies.
By using phophen, you agree to utilize the responsible gaming tools provided — including deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion options — and to play within your personal financial means at all times.
Each individual may hold only one phophen account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Bonus abuse via duplicate accounts will be prosecuted.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Minimum Age. The phophen Platform is accessible exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement reflects applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced without exception.
2.2 Mandatory KYC. All Players are required to complete identity and age verification (KYC) before any real-money wagering or withdrawals are permitted. KYC requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document, which may include:
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. phophen services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. phophen makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
2.4 Single Account. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) phophen Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including deposited funds where evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is established.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. phophen reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
3.2 Registration Data. At minimum, registration requires: a valid Philippine mobile number; date of birth confirming the Player is 21 or older; a secure password; and agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3.3 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. A Player may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer their Account or any rights therein to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
3.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. By registering, the Player warrants that online gambling is not prohibited in their jurisdiction and that they are not registering from a restricted territory.
4.1 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. phophen will never request a Player's password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted under a Player's Account will be deemed to have been authorized by that Player unless the Player has previously notified phophen of unauthorized access.
4.2 Notification of Breach. Players must notify phophen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity involving, their Account. phophen's support team is available 24/7 to assist with Account security concerns.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phophen offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Players are strongly advised to enable 2FA on their Account. phophen shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to activate available security features.
4.4 Device Security. Players are responsible for ensuring that devices used to access phophen are free of malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. phophen is not liable for Account compromise resulting from insecure player-side devices or networks.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phophen accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phophen's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to the Player's Wallet.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly. QR Ph transfers process within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 15–30 minutes during banking business hours. phophen is not liable for delays attributable to payment providers or banking institutions.
5.4 Own Funds Only. Players must only deposit funds that they own and are legally entitled to use. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.
5.5 Currency. All Player Wallets are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phophen does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Players depositing via non-PHP payment rails may be subject to fees imposed by their payment provider, for which phophen bears no responsibility.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the relevant wagering requirements having been fulfilled.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by phophen's payments team. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
6.3 Identity Verification. phophen reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any adverse finding against the Player.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the phophen Account settings and FAQ section. VIP Players may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as determined by their tier.
6.5 Return of Funds. phophen may return deposited funds to the original payment method in circumstances where the Player has not engaged in wagering activity following the deposit, or where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulation.
7.1 General. phophen offers various promotional bonuses including Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, Free Spins, and Tournament Prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for phophen bonuses is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) indicating the number of times the Bonus amount must be staked in eligible games. Specific requirements are disclosed on each promotional offer page.
7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
7.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have a validity period. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation.
7.5 Abuse Prevention. phophen actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay; and coordinated play with other players to exploit promotional offers. phophen reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
7.6 Bonus Acceptance. Accepting a bonus is voluntary. Players who do not wish to be subject to wagering requirements should decline available bonuses before making a qualifying deposit. Once accepted, bonus terms cannot be retroactively modified.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phophen is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before participating.
8.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on phophen are certified by independent, accredited testing laboratories. Certification reports are available upon reasonable written request to phophen support.
8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game, phophen reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. phophen is not obligated to honor wins that result from a demonstrable game malfunction.
8.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phophen reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time and without prior notice.
8.5 Disconnection. phophen is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure during active gameplay. Where technically feasible, game state will be preserved and resolved upon reconnection.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the phophen Platform:
10.1 Player Obligation. Players agree to use phophen's services in a responsible manner, wagering only funds they can afford to lose and within the personal limits they have established for themselves. Gambling is intended as entertainment, not as a source of income.
10.2 Available Tools. phophen provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, accessible at any time from the Account settings dashboard:
10.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who elects self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the requested period. During a self-exclusion period, phophen will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.
10.4 Minor Protection. Players must not allow any individual under 21 years of age to access their phophen Account or the phophen Platform on any shared device. Players are encouraged to use parental controls on devices accessible to minors.
10.5 Third-Party Support. Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are encouraged to seek support from professional organizations. PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) provides responsible gaming guidance and frameworks applicable to Philippine-based players.
11.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the phophen Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to phophen. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any rights in phophen's intellectual property.
11.2 Limited License. phophen grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11.3 Prohibited Use. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the phophen Platform or its content without phophen's prior written consent.
12.1 Platform Availability. phophen endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. phophen is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
12.2 Third-Party Services. phophen's Platform incorporates third-party game content, payment processing services, and other integrations. phophen is not liable for failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party service providers.
12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phophen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phophen's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.
13.1 phophen's Right to Suspend. phophen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud; suspected money laundering; unverified identity; regulatory requirement; or at phophen's sole discretion for business reasons.
13.2 Notification. Where possible, phophen will notify a Player of Account suspension via the registered email address or mobile number. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, notification may be withheld to preserve the integrity of investigations.
13.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach. Where an Account is terminated due to a Player's breach of these Terms, phophen reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance, including Real Money Funds, where the breach involved fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or provision of false identity information.
13.4 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting phophen support. Requests for Account closure by Players who are not self-excluding will be processed within a reasonable time, with any remaining Real Money balance returned to the Player's verified payment method.
14.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from a Player's use of phophen, the Player agrees to first contact phophen's support team through the official support channels to attempt informal resolution. phophen's support team will endeavor to respond to dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
14.2 Escalation. Where informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be escalated to phophen's compliance team, which will conduct a formal review. The compliance team's written determination will be provided within fifteen (15) business days of escalation.
14.3 Final Resolution. Where a Player remains dissatisfied following the compliance team's determination, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
14.4 Time Limitation. All claims and disputes must be submitted to phophen within ninety (90) days of the date on which the Player became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this period are time-barred.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through the mechanisms described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, to which phophen and each Player irrevocably submit.
Nothing in these Terms limits phophen's ability to seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect phophen's rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
16.1 Right to Amend. phophen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at phophen.app/terms-conditions, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document.
16.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where phophen makes material changes to these Terms, it will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent in-Platform notice, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
16.3 Continued Use. A Player's continued use of the phophen Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms should discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.4.
